Made from 100% Chardonnay, this single barrel of Champagne comes from Launois' Haut Voies plot in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. It was made with malolactic conversion and aged 11 months in the \"SB1815\" new oak barrel.  The barrel was produced by artisan cooper, Tonnellerie Artisanale de Champagne, with 4-year-old aged staves in 2018. It was then bottled in July 2019 with a dosage of 1 gram per litre. It was disgorged in December 2024.
