Tradition is the perfect name for the classic marriage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir which are blended here to achieve a Cuvée filled with roundness. Straw–yellow in colour, with notes of white flowers and fresh fruits. It is full, harmonious and very expressive.

With its low dosage this Extra Brut is the most demanding of the champagnes. Straw gold in colour, its lemony nose, buttered toast and apple opens up to a firm and untamed palate. The champagne is deep with an elegant mousse, a true Chardonnay with bold and explosive flavour. Silky texture elegantly wraps the entire sensory experience with substance and class.

This Prestige Cuvée is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir with 7 years on lees.
Golden yellow in colour with fine and abundant bubbles. The nose is complex and slightly roasted, with hints of violets and stone fruits. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate is elegant. It is creamy and lush with gentle mousse. This is an elegant, finely concentrated Vintage Champagne with beautifully balanced stonefruit and bready autolysis on a seamless palate. An expertly composed Champagne!
