Here's what to expect once your order leaves us.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched from our Auckland warehouse within 1 business day. North Island deliveries typically arrive within 1 business day of dispatch. South Island deliveries typically arrive within 2 business days of dispatch. We use a number of courier partners depending on your location and the timing of your order, so the courier used for your delivery may vary.

ID and signature on delivery

Because we sell alcohol, courier companies are required by law to obtain a signature from someone 18 years or older on delivery, and may ask to see photo ID, such as a driver's licence or passport. Please make sure someone who meets this requirement is available at the delivery address to receive your order.

If something goes wrong

Courier deliveries are insured in transit. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within three days of the expected delivery date at sales@threefrenchvines.co.nz or by phone, quoting your order number, and we'll resolve it, typically by replacement or credit.
