Shipping policy

We currently ship within New Zealand only. Orders are dispatched from our Auckland warehouse within 0–1 business days and sent by courier.

Rates and delivery

North Island

• Up to 6 bottles (1 case): $10.00
• 7–12 bottles (2 cases): $15.00
• 3 cases or more: $15.00 (capped)

South Island

• Up to 6 bottles (1 case): $15.00
• 7–12 bottles (2 cases): $25.00
• 3 cases or more: $25.00 (capped)

We use a number of courier partners depending on your location and the timing of your order, so the courier used for your delivery may vary. Courier deliveries of products purchased on this website are insured in transit to your delivery address.

Age verification on delivery

Because we sell alcohol, courier companies are required by law to obtain a signature from someone 18 years or older on delivery, and may ask to see ID. Please make sure someone who meets this requirement is available to receive your order.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within three days of the expected delivery date at sales@threefrenchvines.co.nz or by phone, quoting your order number, and we'll resolve it — typically by replacement or credit.
