Alcohol: 12.5%

Dosage: Extra-brut (2.5 g/l)

Organoleptic Analysis: Straw yellow colour. Fresh nose with hints of acacia, quince and mint. As it hits the mouth, the Chardonnay’s freshness makes its mark. The Pinot Noir provides an elegant, flattering fruity quality, with a lemony finish

GROWN FROM AN ANCIENT SEABED

Kimmeridgian soils

Soils rich in clay, with marl and fossilised marine sediments offer a different kind of mineral backbone, contributing power and ripeness to the wines. Jean Josselin’s Champagnes embody the best of the Côte des Bar: generous fruit, precision winemaking, and a true sense of place.
