With its low dosage and ageing of at least 4 years on lees, this Extra-Brut is the most demanding of the Marion-Bosser champagnes. Straw gold in colour, its lemony nose, buttered toast and apple opens up to a firm and untamed palate. The champagne is deep with an elegant mousse, a true Chardonnay with bold and explosive flavour. Silky texture elegantly wraps the entire sensory experience with substance and class.
