Golden yellow in colour with fine and abundant bubbles. The nose is complex and slightly roasted, with hints of apricot and lemon. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate is elegant. It is creamy and lush with gentle mousse. This is an elegant, finely concentrated Vintage Champagne with beautifully balanced stonefruit and bready autolysis on a seamless palate.
