This Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru champagne is produced in Mesnil sur Oger, in the prestigious Côte des Blancs, the preferred land of the Chardonnay grape variety. Its zero dosage liqueur content makes it a "Brut Nature" champagne. This approach allows the wine to express more freely the finesse of its aromas as well as the identity of the terroir.

The Illustration cuvée stands out for its originality, with its woody and mineral character. The chalky terroir combined with oak barrels reveals its full aromatic potential: toasty and saline.
